10-year warranty
Subject to the limitations set forth below, Studio Q Furniture warrants, to the original purchaser, its product to be free from structural defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of original invoice provided the product was used under conditions for which it was designed.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from freight damage, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, abuse, or negligence. Upholstery, foam cushioning, and other parts subject to frictional wear are not covered by the 10-year warranty: however, parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment by Studio Q Furniture. The texture, color, and grain of the wood are not covered by this warranty. Natural color changes, variations or movements in lumber products, exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight may cause color changes and/or surface damage. These are circumstances beyond the control of Studio Q Furniture and are not warranty issues.
Certain chair styles with exposed wood require construction methods that accent color variations in light and natural stains. These variations are not considered product defects and are not warranty issues.
During this warranty period, if any products are defective, you must notify our customer service immediately. In order for your claim to be valid, you must agree to let a Studio Q Furniture representative inspect the claimed merchandise. However, the representative does not have the authority to bind Studio Q Furniture by a definite agreement. If you follow the above procedures and your claim is approved, Studio Q Furniture has the option of either repairing or replacing any defective product covered by this warranty. Service calls and all related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All other expressed warranties are hereby excluded and implied warranties are limited in duration to the 10-year period set forth above. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose shall not be part of any sale. We exclude and will not pay consequential or incidental damages under this warranty.
Healthscapes' Glider/Sleeper/Recliner Mechanism Warranty
The mechanism of Healthscapes' gliders, sleepers and recliners are warranted for a period of two (2) years.
